The technical hotline is an e-mail service operated by PTV that may be contacted

by all users in case of program errors of the latest program version that cannot be solved by a procedure offered in the manual or in the FAQ section, and
by trained users of our clients that have signed a software maintainance contract with PTV directly in case of other technical program inquiries.
